It presents a snapshot of workforce diversity across the Israeli economy and offers insights into meaningful initiatives, as well as civil society organizations with which companies can collaborate to advance diversity within their operations.<\/p><p data-start=\"1106\" data-end=\"1622\">The research was conducted in partnership with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.globalshapers.org\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong data-start=\"1157\" data-end=\"1198\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Global Shapers Community<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a>, a network of young leaders established by the <strong data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1294\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">World Economic Forum<\/span><\/span><\/strong>. The network brings together individuals under the age of 30 who are committed to addressing local and global challenges through dialogue, action, and change.
