This represents a 14% increase, following an unprecedented 41% increase in total donations by public companies in 2023 compared to 2022.<\/li><li>The ten public companies with the largest contributions accounted for 62% of total donations by public companies.<\/li><li>Nearly all of the increase in donations in 2024 resulted from higher contributions by three of the largest banks.
