When people from different backgrounds, identities, and political views work together toward a common goal, a unique environment is created, one which can foster constructive dialogue, mutual respect, and trust.<\/p><p>Recognizing the importance of workplaces and businesses in this context, and based on the understanding that investment in social cohesion strengthens not only civil society but also contributes internally to increase organizational resilience, we created the <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1012\">Social Cohesion Index<\/strong>. The Index serves as a practical tool for identifying organizations and facilitators working on depolarization, inclusion, dialogue-building, and social cohesion, whose programs can be implemented in organizational settings.<\/p><p>The Index provides an accessible platform that enables advanced search by target audience (employees, managers, executive teams), type of activity (workshops, lectures, ongoing programs), and areas of expertise. It brings together a wide range of approaches and offerings\u2014from organizations focused on intergroup dialogue, to experts in building diverse teams; from inclusive leadership development programs to practical tools for addressing tensions in the workplace. All organizations and facilitators included in the Index were selected based on their proven experience, the quality of their content, and their suitability for organizational settings.<\/p><p>The Index is updated on an ongoing basis.
