The President's Conference for a Shared Israeli Future

The President’s Conference will address defining issues of recent years: reducing social polarization, strengthening cohesion, deepening partnership, and building a shared Israeli future. The conference will bring together prominent figures working in Israel’s social and public sphere – bridging communities, mediating disputes, and finding growth through deep fracture. Representatives from across all sectors of Israeli society will participate in plenary sessions and roundtables tackling practical questions: how to bridge deep disagreements, hold dialogue across difference, and cultivate connective leadership. As part of the conference program, Maala will lead a session on workplace cohesion, with the participation of representatives from the business sector and civil society. Attendance is by invitation only.
