Maala is committed to providing content and services in a way that is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We do our best to ensure our website meets the requirements of Israeli service accessibility regulations and the Israeli Standard for accessible online content.

This website complies with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations in Israel (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013. 

The site has been made accessible in line with Israeli Standard 5568 (Level AA), as well as the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines. This includes a semantic structure for assistive technologies, keyboard navigation, image descriptions, sufficient color contrast, and all other measures required for accessible web content. We have tested compatibility with common browsers and optimized for mobile devices.

Some individual components or content may not be fully accessible due to technological limitations or because they come from third-party sources. In such cases, please contact us, and we will provide an accessible alternative for the requested information or service.

Physical Accessibility

Our office is physically accessible: there is accessible street-level parking, an elevator from the entrance floor, and accessible restrooms.

Despite our ongoing efforts to make every page and element of the website accessible, there may still be some parts that are not fully adapted due to technical constraints or third-party content. Improving our site’s accessibility is a continuous process and part of our commitment to inclusive access.
