A practical toolkit for employers to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of workforce diversity measurement.
This resource is based on company reports submitted to the Maala ESG Index 2023. It presents a snapshot of workforce diversity across the Israeli economy and offers insights into meaningful initiatives, as well as civil society organizations with which companies can collaborate to advance diversity within their operations.
The research was conducted in partnership with the Global Shapers Community, a network of young leaders established by the World Economic Forum. The network brings together individuals under the age of 30 who are committed to addressing local and global challenges through dialogue, action, and change. These “Shapers” create hubs in cities around the world, where they collaborate on projects addressing issues such as poverty, climate change, and community development.
