Strategies for Resilience and Hope in the Workplace During Prolonged Crisis
The stress, anxiety, and tension permeating Israeli society as a result of the war are taking a growing toll – leading to burnout, hardship, and distress among employees and their families. In the early stages of the war, many companies introduced support programs for staff and families, some of which are still ongoing. Now, as the crisis shows no sign of abating, broader strategies are needed to reinforce a sense of purpose and hope in the workplace, and to reduce the effects of burnout and emotional strain experienced by employees and managers alike.

Global ESG Regulation Is Coming to Israel — What's the Impact and How to Prepare?
The global corporate responsibility/ESG landscape is undergoing a profound regulatory shift, as areas that were previously voluntary are becoming subject to mandatory requirements. Leading this change is the European Union, which has introduced binding requirements for European companies and those operating on the continent and/or forming part of the supply chain. This shift has significant implications for how the field is managed. Already, a number of Israeli companies are expected to be affected by these legislative requirements, and that number is likely to grow. The session presented the main regulatory frameworks, their potential implications for companies in Israel, and how leading companies are preparing for them.
