A special report by Rating Maala to review the moves of companies in the last quarter of 2023 against the backdrop of the war
The events of 10/7 and the Iron Sword War that began in their wake created an unprecedented security/social emergency in Israel, and placed Israeli society in a challenging and new reality, with a significant economic and social impact. Business companies were required to flex their activities and change the focus of corporate responsibility activities. The business sector demonstrated stability and business continuity alongside significant mobilization to the challenges of the hour for Israeli society, and in many cases while relying on the infrastructure of corporate responsibility.
This report was written with the aim of tying together the companies’ actions during this period in the main social axes to which corporate responsibility relates: Employees, Occupational Diversity, Procurement and Suppliers, Community, Volunteering, and Customers.
The report was submitted to the President of the State as part of “Exchanging Words – The President’s Initiatives for a Shared Israeli Tomorrow” in which Ma’aleh Shweta is a partner.
