Encouraging employment of diverse populations – tools
A tool for employers to improve the capabilities and quality of measuring diversity in employment
This work is based on the reports of companies for the Ma’ale 2023 ranking, while taking a snapshot of the state of diversity in the Israeli economy and presenting insights regarding significant steps and civil society organizations with which to work to advance the issue within companies.
The study was conducted in collaboration with the Global Shapers community, which is a global network of young people established at the initiative of the World Economic Forum. It includes people under the age of 30 who are committed to addressing local and global challenges through dialogue, action and change. These “Shapers” create centers in different cities, where they collaborate on projects that address issues such as poverty, climate change, and community development.
